Frozen Shoulder

I am deeply appreciative to Eileen Bild for curing my pain and restoring my quality of life.  Approximately 7 years ago (2017) I suddenly lost range of motion in my left shoulder and could barely use my left arm.  After suffering a lifetime of back pain due to a car accident in my 20’s, I was not willing to accept another physical condition.  I thought maybe I was just stiff, so I booked an appointment with the nearest and quickest physical therapist that would see me.  This is when my luck and good fortune began.  I called Harmoniously Bliss Medical Massage and was booked with Eileen Bild.  From the first meeting, she gave a warm and caring vibe with a truly holistic approach.  She performed mostly stretching and testing of the range of my motion in my left shoulder.  Also, some massage of neck and back as well as full body analysis.  She looked at how my body worked as a whole and really listened and was thoughtful.  After the 50 minutes, she looked at me and said, I believe you have a “frozen shoulder”.  I had never heard this term and was concerned, but she re-assured me that this was possible to fix without surgery.  She encouraged me to see an Orthopedic Surgeon and make my own decision and get their diagnosis.  Sure enough, I saw an Orthopedic Surgeon who ordered CT and MRI and came back with diagnosis of, you guessed it, “frozen shoulder”.  Before I could blink, he was already scheduling me for surgery.  I said, “not so fast”.  I left there with the hopes to try massage therapy with Eileen and if that didn’t work, then I’d go back and consider surgery.  After 1 month of once-a-week sessions with Eileen, my shoulder was already feeling better and I had some range of motion coming back.  I thought it was a miracle.  And indeed, Eileen’s talents are truly miraculous.  After almost 3 months, I was 100% healed and had full range of motion.  I can’t image the pain, recovery, cost and PT I would have endured, if I had opted for surgery.  I can not thank Eileen enough for her compassion, skill and support.  She is a true holistic healer and cares about you as an entire person. Eileen is a passionate learner and survivor yet she glides through life with grace and compassion.  Lastly, I would highly recommend Eileen as a therapist, life coach, and friend.  And I see her as all 3 to me.
